Email Providers
Endatix uses email for identity verification, password reset, and submission notifications. Choose from Mailgun, SendGrid, or any SMTP server - swap providers with a flip of a flag.
What Endatix sends email for
Email is used for system notifications, not marketing. SMTP is the default provider and requires no activation — configure credentials and it works. For higher volume or deliverability guarantees, swap to Mailgun or SendGrid.
Identity Verification
Email verification links sent to new users during account creation. Templates ensure brand-consistent messaging.
Password Reset
Secure reset links delivered to verified email addresses. Short-lived links with secure token generation.
Submission Notifications
Alert form owners or administrators when a submission is completed. Configurable per form or globally for a tenant.
Marketing Automation
Connect form submissions to your marketing automation workflows — trigger campaigns, update contact records, and sync data with your CRM.
Stored in the database
Templates live in the database alongside other tenant data — no file deployments required to update them.
Customizable per tenant
Override the default HTML for any tenant. Each deployment can have its own branded look without forking the codebase.
Cross-client compatible
Inline styles and table-based layouts ensure consistent rendering across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and mobile clients.
HTML Email Templates
Endatix ships with pre-built HTML email templates for every system notification. Templates are stored in the database and can be customized per deployment — no redeployment required to update branding or copy.
