Save Progress, Resume Later

Respondents can save their progress mid-form and return to complete it on any device. Token-based sessions link partial saves to the right respondent without requiring an account.

Long forms don't have to mean drop-offs

Multi-step applications, clinical assessments, and grant forms can take time to fill out. Partial submissions let respondents work at their own pace without losing what they've already entered.

  • Save and resume on any device without an account
  • Token-based short URLs
  • Partial data visible in the Endatix Hub before final submission
  • Optional single-submission lock prevents accidental duplicates
  • Optional reCAPTCHA 3.0 on public forms
  • Submitter entity links responses to known identities when needed

How submission collection works

The same submission model handles anonymous respondents, authenticated users, and everything in between.

Resumable Partial Submissions

Respondents can save their progress and return later on any device. The saved state is linked to a secure token — no account or login required.

Token-Based Sessions

Each partial submission is tied to a unique token distributed to the respondent. The token is the only credential needed to retrieve and continue the form.

Submitter Entity

Attach a submitter identity to a form session — anonymous or authenticated. Use this to track which respondent belongs to which submission across a research panel or customer base.

Single-Submission Enforcement

Prevent duplicate responses by restricting a respondent to one completed submission per form. Partial saves are allowed; a second full submission is blocked.

reCAPTCHA 3.0

Invisible spam protection runs in the background on every public form. No friction for real respondents, and bot submissions are rejected automatically.

Cross-Device Resume

Start on a desktop, continue on a phone. As long as the respondent has the resume token, the saved state is available from any device or browser.

Resumable forms

Stop losing responses to unfinished forms.
