Flat CSV
One row per submission, one column per question. Works with any spreadsheet tool or analytics platform without transformation.
Custom CSV Mapping
Define column names and value transformations per form. Map answer codes to labels, combine fields, and format output to match your data warehouse schema.
PDF Export
Generate a formatted PDF document for each individual submission. Useful for printed records, archiving, or sharing a single response with a third party.
Codebook Export
Export a codebook describing the form structure — variable names, question text, response options, and scale definitions — in a format suited for research documentation.
Per-Form Scope
Exports are scoped to a single form. Select the form, choose the format, and the export includes only the submissions for that form definition.
Consistent Column Structure
Question order and column headers are stable across exports of the same form. Adding a question does not shift existing columns in future exports.
Version-Aware
Submissions collected across different form versions can be exported together.
On-Demand Download
Export files are generated on request from the admin hub. No scheduled jobs to configure — click export and download the file immediately.
Data Stays On Your Server
Export files are generated and served directly from your Endatix instance. Nothing passes through a third-party service or shared SaaS export pipeline.
