A new submission should not sit quietly in the database until someone logs in to check. Endatix dispatches a notification through whichever channel your team already watches — email or Slack.

Supported channels
Mailgun
Transactional email via Mailgun API. Reliable delivery, open and click tracking, and domain authentication.
Sendgrid
Connect a Sendgrid account for bulk or transactional email with template support and delivery analytics.
SMTP
Any SMTP server works — your own mail server, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or a self-hosted relay.
Slack
Post submission alerts to a Slack channel via webhook. Route to different channels per form using the webhook's URL.
Email Connectors
Mailgun, Sendgrid, and SMTP are all supported. Configure whichever connector fits your email infrastructure and switch at any time via environment variables.
Slack Integration
Post a message to a Slack channel when a submission arrives. Use Slack's incoming webhook URL — no OAuth app required.
Per-Form Routing
Configure different notification destinations for each form. A patient intake form can notify a clinical team channel while an application form notifies HR.
Submission Data in the Notification
Include field values from the submission in the notification body. Alert recipients can see key data points without opening the admin hub.
Webhook Fallback
For notification targets not covered by built-in connectors, the Endatix webhook system can deliver the submission payload to any HTTP endpoint — including Zapier or Make.
Trigger Control
Notifications fire on completed submissions by default. Partial-submission events are available as a separate webhook trigger if you need to be alerted on saves too.
